Meet Our Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist

Becky has a decade of experience in musculoskeletal practice. She strives to get to the root cause of her client's issues and her treatments are designed so that her clients can continue to excel in the activities that they love. Her treatment approach is 1:1 and includes manual therapy, acupuncture, movement re-education and functional mobility + strengthening.

Becky has additional training in pelvic health physiotherapy, certifying her to perform internal and external pelvic exams for those with female reproductive anatomy. She can help address concerns surrounding birth prep, caesarean or vaginal birth recovery, shockwave for c-section, urinary incontinence (leakage), bladder/bowel dysfunction, diastasis recti (abdominal separation) and pelvic pain/painful intercourse.

Prenatal Birth Preparation

Our birth preparation sessions are designed to provide you the tools to go into the birthing process confidently, with the ability to trust your body and make informed decisions. Sessions can be done individually or with a partner. It is advised to do your session at the 33–34 week mark of pregnancy.
