About the room
The commercial cold plunge and infrared sauna are in the same room, so you can do both within the same session or opt for one or the other. We have towels supplied for you in the room. Our sauna is a three person sauna (comfortably fits two), so two can book in at once, however you will need to contact us to book the second person in and you will both have to pay the same price as individual sessions. When doing this, please have one person secure the spot by booking online and have an account already set up for the second person. Once you have contacted us, we will manually book the second person in at the same time. If you are booking the cold plunge/sauna back to back with another service, please book it BEFORE your other treatment.

How to Spend Your Time
Neuroscientist Andrew Huberman recommends contrast therapy as a powerful tool for enhancing overall health and well-being. He suggests alternating between cold exposure (3–5 minutes) and heat exposure (15–20 minutes) for several rounds to stimulate various physiological responses. Other people will opt to stay in the cold plunge for up to 10 minutes then finish in the sauna. Feel free to spend your time in the room as you wish!
