Becky Colwell

Becky is a registered physiotherapist with almost a decade of experience in musculoskeletal practice. She strives to get to the root cause of her patient's issues and her treatments are designed so that her patients can continue to excel in the activities that they love, whether they be high level sport or the enjoyment of day to day activity. Becky is a strong advocate for self-care and movement in everyday life, she encourages her patients to seek physiotherapy treatment not only following injury, but also as a means of maintenance and injury prevention. Her treatment approach is one on one with her patients and includes manual therapy, acupuncture, movement re-education, functional mobility + strengthening and preventative rehabilitation. Outside of the treatment room, Becky stays active by hiking, running, strength training and enjoying fitness classes around the city. She enjoys cooking, camping and is always on the hunt for the best local coffee shops + restaurants!
